Sphaira builds physical AI, starting where the stakes are highest: the hospital. MOBY is our first device. It was designed in Berlin and is manufactured by us under EU MDR with a final-assembly partner in Baden-Württemberg. It has been in clinical use since 2024, and it has taken us much further: toward moving people safely, autonomy indoors, and robots that navigate among humans.
